Immigration or Green Card Physical (I-693)

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires green card applicants to receive a full physical examination. We offer Immigration Physicals to help you with all aspects of your medical exam according to the US Department of Health and Human Services’ regulations. We will help you complete all the requirements of Form I-693. They are performed by Civil Surgeons approved by USCIS.
